 Hello my name is Paxton and I learned to crawl a couple of weeks ago. This is me at 10 months.

 10 months

 Loves to crawl on the fireplace and go for the newspapers. Eats whatever she can quickly find and put in her mouth. Choking on some non-edible item is a daily occurrence at our house these days. How do second children stay alive? God's grace and mercy, I know, because its not from my great watchful parenting.

 The padding around the fireplace was immediately ripped off and chewed upon. Waste of money...

Who wants to see my scar??!! M loves to take pictures, she did this one. Pardon the lack of makeup and hair. This was at 2 weeks post op (about a week ago). Its not too hideous for being in such a noticeable place, or so I am telling myself because its just too hot to even wear my summer scarves.

Mom and Dad came to visit/help when I had my surgery. They are the best!

Update

We got the pathology report back. There was an "incidental cancer" in my thyroid. It was about 3 mm (the size of a BB pellet) and the 5 lymph nodes they took were clear. There is nothing further that I will need to do. Taking out my thyroid is all the treatment I will need. Praise God!Thanks for the prayers.



Also, Paxton began crawling Tuesday and I saw her two top teeth starting to poke through! Guess we will be baby proofing this weekend. Almost 10 months without-can't say that I'm sad she has been a little slow to get moving. Pictures soon!
