Two in One Week

I know-Y'all are beside yourselves with excitement that I have done two posts in a week! Here are some pictures from a few of the not so crazy moments of our lives the past 2 weeks.

What we have been up to lately...

Just some tom foolery,

watching television while snuggled under warm blankets (ignore the towel in our fireplace, there was a damper issue. There have been many blazing fires lately as well, but I have not captured any for posterity),

making a gingerbread house,

and sitting in the bumbo on the counter watching mama cook.

Thanksgiving

My second oldest friend Renee, her husband Robbie behind and me holding their baby Catlin who is 2 months older than Paxton.

Dad with a black eye due to the fact that he had a detached retina and had surgery the day before we got there. Hopefully he will regain his sight in a couple more weeks.

Well we made the hike up to Cincy for the week of Thanksgiving. We got to visit with a lot of a family and a few friends. My mom and I hosted a baby shower for my sister in law as well. Can't wait to be an aunt finally to baby Vincent! Blogging has taken a backseat lately to Xmas shopping, junky old computer that wont download pictures, sickness and overall craziness. The only reason I have been able to do this post is that both kids fell asleep in the car on the way home today, and I have left them there (with the doors open of course). Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas to celebrate the birth of our Savior!
